What This Is All About
This is about a process that uses AI to write a script and a design tool to turn it into a slide deck, super fast. It’s the kind of stuff that might just upset those folks selling really expensive courses (like $2,000 ones).
Here’s the big claim right off the bat: I used an AI bot that wrote a script which helped make over $73,000 in just 90 minutes. Then, another design tool took that script and turned it into a full slide deck in minutes.

- How you can use this method to sell pretty much anything, even if you’ve never written sales stuff before.

Building the Webinar Script with AI
I built a custom AI bot specifically for generating webinars. Think of it as a webinar generator.
- How it works: You click “write my webinar.” It’ll ask you for some info it needs to write the script.
- What you provide: The more details you give it, the better the result will be. For a hypothetical product called the “cold email system for freelancers,” I gave it information on:
- What the product does.
- A little bit about the audience.
- Key benefits.
- The big problem the product solves.
- Any unique selling proposition (USP).
- Special offer details.
- Important Note: You don’t even need to give it all of this. Even just one or two words for each category will make it try to write something. But seriously, giving it more info helps it do a much better job.
- Output: As it writes, it spits out everything you need, slide by slide, including the script (or “talk track”) for each one.
Designing the Slides with Typeset
While the bot is busy writing the script, let’s talk about the design part. The tool I use is called Typeset.
- What Typeset is: It’s a simple tool that basically automatically designs presentations for you. It can handle:
- Webinar presentations
- YouTube video slide decks
- Pitch decks
- It can also turn content into an ebook or lead magnet giveaway for collecting leads.
- You can also turn content into Instagram posts (wide, portrait, tall for Reels).
- Basically: It’s a digital asset designer. You give it text, images, or other stuff.
- How it works:
- You add content on the left side (titles, bullet points, lists, notes, templates, bar charts, Figma files, videos, logos - almost anything you can imagine).
- As you add content on the left, Typeset automatically designs a slide (or asset) based on that specific content.
- If you change or delete content on the left (like deleting a headline), the design on the right updates immediately to match what’s left.
- Adding more stuff also triggers a redesign.
- There’s a Magic Wand tool that lets you instantly see and choose from different layout options for the content on a slide (e.g., title on the left, centered content, image on the side, text overlay). You pick the one you like best.
- Images: Typeset can automatically suggest and grab images it thinks will work for your slide or post.
- Getting Typeset: If you’re already a user, great. If not, there’s a link below the video for a good deal on it.
Using Typeset with Your AI-Written Script
This is where the magic happens with the AI bot’s output.
- Starting a Slide: If you’re creating a new deck in Typeset (you could use Keynote or PowerPoint, but Typeset makes it way easier), you’d typically start with slide number one.
- Pasting Content: You take the content for a slide from the AI bot’s output and paste it into Typeset. Typeset automatically designs it right away.
- Customizing Design: You can easily adjust the design:
- Change text alignment (left, centered).
- Choose different column layouts (like two columns).
- Change the entire look and feel/template colors at any point (like switching to the “Luma glow” template).
- Customize details like fonts, font size, line height, padding, margins – almost everything.
- Adding the Talk Track (Notes): The AI bot also gives you the actual script or “talk track” for each slide.
- You can copy this talk track from the bot.
- Paste it onto the corresponding slide in Typeset.
- Initially, Typeset might think it’s part of the slide content and try to design it.
- The Trick: Click into that text block or place your cursor there and change its format to a Note.
- This turns the text into the talk track.
- As you format lines of the talk track as “Note,” they disappear from the main slide view.
- This way, the viewer only sees the main slide content you want them to see, while you have your talk track right there.
- Presenting: When you preview or present the webinar (live or pre-recorded), your talk track appears on the side (usually the right).
- Workflow: You just repeat this process:
- The bot finishes the next slide’s content and talk track.
- Create a new slide in Typeset.
- Paste the slide content.
- Paste the talk track and format it as notes.
- Customize the design as needed.
Designing & Refining Slides in Typeset (More Detail)
- Quick Assembly: After just a few minutes, your slide deck starts looking complete because pasting the content does most of the initial work. Typeset formats things automatically – like making headlines big and bullet points smaller.
- Specific Customizations: You can dive into individual slides:
- Change colors for specific text or sections (e.g., change this one to dark).
- Split content side-by-side.
- Use the Magic Wand to see various layout options.
- Breaking Up Slides: You can add line breaks to split content that the bot might have put on one “slide” into multiple slides in Typeset. Just type
breakto create a break point. - Adding Images:
- Type
imagewhere you want one and hit enter. - Typeset will often suggest relevant images automatically.
- If not, you can go to Getty Images (integrated) and search for keywords.
- Add the image, and Typeset automatically designs the slide around it.
- Again, use the Magic Wand to see different layout options for content + image (either side, text overlay, etc.).

The structure and content that the AI bot writes is based on a proven formula.
- The Foundation: This strategy comes from:

- The Core Idea: This is the format I personally use every time I do a webinar. It’s a solid, generic outline.
The Basic Webinar Outline
You don’t need to go through every single slide detail right now, but the general flow is:
- Grabs Attention: Hook the viewer immediately.
- Make Bold Statement: Say something striking.
- Introduce Yourself: Build credibility.
- Talk About the Big Problem: The issue your product solves.
- Build Proof of the Problem: Show it’s a real issue (using stats, etc.).
- Dig Deeper into the Problem: Twist the knife a bit, show the real cost of not solving it.
- Deboard the New Solution: Hint there’s a better way.
- Tell the Story: How you figured out the solution.
- Announce the Solution: Say you actually have it.
- Demo the Solution: Show them how it works.
- Make the Pitch: Tell them how to get it.

Detailed Breakdown of the Template Flow (Slide by Slide Guidance)
Let’s look at what the template notes teach you, section by section:
- Slide 1 (Attention-Grabbing Opening):
- Instruction: Say something that grabs your viewer’s attention immediately.
- Purpose: Make them want to pay attention to the rest of the video/webinar.
- Pointing Out the Big Problem:
- Purpose: Let viewers know they’re in the right place by clearly addressing the target audience. Convince them to keep watching by hinting at a new solution to their problem.
- Showing Your Credentials:
- Instruction: This is where you “brag about yourself.”
- Purpose: Let them know you are someone worth listening to.
- Suggestion: Provide examples of credentials you can share.
- Proof Tip: Instead of just saying you were on a list (like Forbes Top 100), show a screenshot as proof. Prove everything you claim.
- Tell Your Backstory: Share your personal journey related to the problem.
- The Big Discovery: Explain how you found or developed this new solution.
- Show Proof: Provide evidence that your solution works or supports any claims you made earlier (you can also show proof of the problem itself, like stats on how many people suffer from it). The more proof you include throughout, the better.
- Digging Even Deeper into the Problem:
- Analogy: This is like “sticking the knife in and twisting it.”
- Method: Walk people through the real cost or negative impact of not solving this problem in their life.
- Let Them Know There’s Good News:
- Purpose: Take the pressure off after discussing the pain.
- Message: Let them know that all the pain and big problems discussed? You think you’ve figured out the solution.
- Story of Finding the Solution: Tell the narrative of how you discovered it.
- Example: In the Typeset webinar, I talk about flying to Europe with the team to meet the founders/developers (the two guys in the pictures shown) to see if their idea was the solution we needed.
- Story Outline Suggestion: A great story often follows:
- “First this happened…”
- “Then this happened…”
- “But then this happened…” (Introduce a problem or roadblock in the story)
- “…which is kind of where you introduce like kind of a problem in the story, like a roadblock you’ve kind of ran into.” (Yes, repeating for emphasis)
- “…and then how you overcame it so therefore we did this…”
- “…and then it kind of climaxes to we developed the ultimate solution for this.”
- Story of It Not Being Quite Ready: Often, the initial solution needed refinement.
- Method: Tell a story about improving it.
- Proof: Show proof that you made it even better.
- Finally Introduce the Product: Clearly present your solution.
- Prove It Worked for You: Share your own success story with the product.
- Prove It Worked for Others: Show testimonials or case studies from other users.
- Talk About the Big Benefits: Focus on the positive outcomes for the user.
- Show How It Works: Briefly demonstrate the core function.
- Pivot to the Sale: Transition smoothly from the solution to the offer.
- Script Snippet Example: After telling the story, the script often starts with something like: “Look, now I know you’re probably dying to get your hands on this thing, but before I show you how to do that, I want to remind you of something.”
- Remind Them of the Cost of Doing it Alone: Before showing the product/price, remind them how much time, money, and effort it would cost to solve the problem without your solution.
- Cover Everything They Get: On a specific slide, list everything included in the offer.
- Reveal the Special Bonus: Introduce an extra incentive.
- Have a Second Bonus (Optional): Include another bonus if you have one. Remember, this template is moldable, not set in stone.
- Reveal Total Value: Show the combined value of everything included.
- Reveal Your Price: State the cost.
- Bring Emotion Into It (Motivation): Explain why you’re offering all this at this price. What’s your personal motivation?
- Closes: Use specific closing techniques to encourage action. My favorites are:
- The three options close.
- The ask yourself close.
- Call to Action (CTA): Tell them exactly what to do next.
- Eliminate the Risk: Address guarantees or risk reversal.
- The Real Question Close: Another specific closing technique.
- Add a Reminder: Briefly reiterate a key point.
- Call to Action Number Two: Repeat the call to action.
- Eliminate Any Remaining Objections: Address common questions or concerns people might still have.
- The Final Call to Action: One last clear instruction on what to do.
Putting It All Together: An Easy Process
This formula is described as a bulletproof webinar formula.
- Option 1 (Template): You can import it directly into Typeset and start tweaking the pre-built structure and designs.
- Option 2 (Bot): You can use the webinar bot, which has this exact process baked into it. You provide the product info, and it writes the script based on this proven formula, explaining every step and slide purpose as it goes.
- Ease of Use: You copy and paste the script from the bot, and Typeset designs it. It’s hard to imagine an easier way to create a webinar.
